Vortecs is a desktop client-server application that allows the integration documents, graphics, AVI, MOV, CAD, and data into one interface.  Vortecs can be tailored to talk with most standard data sources and integrated into a document

Vortecs is a unique application as it allows the user to attach documents, data, and graphics together in one application.  This application is also highly flexable to suit the needs of a wide range of users.  Vortecs gains its uniqueness from its ability to link together different data sources and presenting the user with one interface.

As an example, you could have a complete maintenance shop.  In the shop you have such things as tires, engines, wrenches, etc.  Each of these has categories under them as with tires, you may have 15, 16, 17, 19, and 22 inch sizes, under engines you may have gasoline, diesel, and electric, under wrenches you may have metric and SAE.  Each of these has information such as quantities, locations, vendors, availability, order levels, etc.  Vortecs allows you to classify and categorize these characteristics in a Table of Contents Tree View attaching the appropriate data and graphics.

Vortecs Reader

The Vortecs Reader (Reader) is a read only viewer that you would supply to your clients with your data source driving behind it.  In the case above, you would send you new catalog of clothing out to a client with the viewer so they could look and order items from your inventory.

Vortecs Editor 

The Vortecs Editor (Editor) allows you to add, modify, and delete information from the database (catalog).  This allows the content owner complete control of what is viewed and how it is view by the clients.
